Conditions
- Minimum Quantity: 1,000 cs/year per product.

- Lead Time: 4~5 month after receipt of final PO.
- Package Design: We can design your package based on your request or we will provide the product package artwork for you to customize your design.
- Material Purchase Requirement: Buyer agrees that upon termination of agreement, Buyer shall purchase from Seller all remaining and unused packaging materials (including any packaging materials that were ordered by Seller prior to the termination date) for the Products.
- Specification Change: In case of changing the specified ingredients in specification, we will require longer lead time and increase the number of minimum quantity.
