Avocado, Mozzarella Cheese and Wasabi Sauce

A nice healthy appetizer great for any season.

  • Mozzarella Cheese (100g)
  • Mini Tomato (40g)
  • Avocado (80g)
  • Black Olives (10g)
  • Arugula (15g)
  • Wasabi Sauce
  • Olive Oil (10g)
  • Balsamic Vinegar (6g)
  • Grated Wasabi
  • Salt and Pepper (For Flavoring)
  • Lemon Juice (5g)


  • 1Place the ingredients for the wasabi sauce in a separate bowl and mix
  • 2Slice the avocado, wash the arugula and cut the tomatoes in half
  • 3Slice the mozzarella and place it on a plate with the other ingredients as shown
  • 4Drizzle with the wasabi sauce
