Grilled Wagyu Steak with Wasabi Pepper Sauce
Inspired by NOBU’s famous menu item, we’ve re-created a Wasabi Pepper Sauce for a wagyu steak. The spiciness of the wasabi pairs perfectly with the sauce created just for this combination.

Ingredients
- Wagyu Beef Filet (100g)
- Salt (1g)
- Pepper (0.20g)
- Rapeseed Oil (3g)
- Wasabi Pepper Sauce
- Grated Wasabi (12g)
- Soy Sauce (12g)
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce (12g)
- Dashi (40g)
- Unsalted Butter (5g)
- Garlic (2g)
- Black Pepper (0.1g)
- Garnish
- Broccoli (10g)
- Red Bell Pepper (5g)
- Asparagus (8g)
Directions
- 1Mold the filet utilizing some string. Flavor with salt and pepper and cover with oil
- 2Mix the wasabi pepper sauce ingredients together
- 3Grill the steak over high heat and cook in the oven for 5 minutes (200C)
- 4Place the steak on a place, add the garnish and pour the sauce to finish
