Salmon with Wasabi Mayonnaise

This salmon dish is served with wasabi mayonnaise and topped with crunchy potato chips. Put in the oven for a few minutes to achieve the perfect crunch to you meal.

Ingredients

  • Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • Mayonnaise (60g)
  • Grated Wasabi (30g)
  • Salt (0.80g)
  • Salmon (100g)
  • Salt (1g)
  • Pepper (0.10g)
  • Olive Oil (5g)
  • Potato Chips (15g)
  • Dill (0.50g)
  • Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • 1Mix the Wasabi Mayonnaise ingredients together
  • 2Dab the salmon with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Grill with oil until cooked.
  • 3Place the 2/3 of the wasabi mayonnaise on top of the salmon, and bake with the potato chips on top for a few minutes at 200C
  • 4Place the remaining mayonnaise on the plate prior to placing the finished salmon
