Salmon with Wasabi Mayonnaise
This salmon dish is served with wasabi mayonnaise and topped with crunchy potato chips. Put in the oven for a few minutes to achieve the perfect crunch to you meal.

Ingredients
- Wasabi Mayonnaise
- Mayonnaise (60g)
- Grated Wasabi (30g)
- Salt (0.80g)
- Salmon (100g)
- Salt (1g)
- Pepper (0.10g)
- Olive Oil (5g)
- Potato Chips (15g)
- Dill (0.50g)
- Vegetable Oil
Directions
- 1Mix the Wasabi Mayonnaise ingredients together
- 2Dab the salmon with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Grill with oil until cooked.
- 3Place the 2/3 of the wasabi mayonnaise on top of the salmon, and bake with the potato chips on top for a few minutes at 200C
- 4Place the remaining mayonnaise on the plate prior to placing the finished salmon
