Vegetable Dumplings Served with Yuzu Pepper

These are healthy vegetable dumplings using plenty of cilantro and seasonal eggplant.

Served only with yuzu pepper. Enjoy!



  • Cabbage (60g)
  • Shallots (30g)
  • Eggplant (120g)
  • Cilantro (20g)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (30g)
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Pepper (pinch)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tsp)
  • Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
  • Gyoza Wrapper (8-10)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Yuzu Kosho

  • 1Shred the cabbage, shallots, eggplant and coriander and season with salt. Remove water by massaging all the ingredients. Add finely cut mozzarella cheese ,salt, pepper, soy sauce and mix with sesame oil. Wrap in a dumpling skin.
  • 2Heat the salad oil on the iron plate, and fry the dumplings.
  • 3 Place the dumplings on a plate and serve with yuzu pepper.
