  • Avocado (50g)
  • Grated Wasabi (5g)
  • Lemon Juice (2g)
  • Olive Oil (3g)
  • Salt (0.3g)
  • Pita Bread (12g)
  • Fish Roe (3g)
  • Italian Parsley (2g)


  • 1Mix the avocado cream ingredients together in a bowl
  • 2Cut the pita bread into bite size pieces and lightly toast
  • 3Place (2) onto a place, add the soft boiled egg, crumbled potato chips, black pepper and parmesan cheese as toppingAdd the avocado cream on top with the fish roe and top it off with the parsley
