- Avocado Cream
- Avocado (50g)
- Grated Wasabi (5g)
- Lemon Juice (2g)
- Olive Oil (3g)
- Salt (0.3g)
- Pita Bread (12g)
- Fish Roe (3g)
- Italian Parsley (2g)
Directions
- 1Mix the avocado cream ingredients together in a bowl
- 2Cut the pita bread into bite size pieces and lightly toast
- 3Add the avocado cream on top with the fish roe and top it off with the parsley
