Wasabi Caesar Salad

This Caesar salad utilized Kinjirushi’s FS-208 to make a unique and refreshing salad. The wasabi adds a nice spicy touch to the creamy dressing. Top it off with a soft boiled egg to perfectly accent the salad.

  • Caesar Salad Ingredients (Romaine lettuce, Tomatoes, croutons, etc) (150g – 200gg)
  • Soft Boiled Egg (For topping)
  • Potato Chips (For topping)
  • Dressing
  • Grated Wasabi
  • Mayonnaise (1.5 tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic Powder (For flavoring)
  • Sesame Seeds (1/2 tbsp)
  • Parmesan Cheese (For flavoring)
  • Black Pepper (For flavoring)


  • 1Mix the dressing ingredients together
  • 2Cut the vegetables into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Mix (1) with the salad
  • 3Place (2) onto a place, add the soft boiled egg, crumbled potato chips, black pepper and parmesan cheese as topping
