Wasabi Guacamole

Guacamole with a twist. Added wasabi instead of jalapenos to create a new kind of punch. Goes well with pickled bell peppers and onions and is a great addition with your next beer.

  • Wasabi Dip
  • Avocado (80g)
  • Lemon Juice (2g)
  • Grated Wasabi (10g)
  • Garlic (0.5g)
  • Olive Oil (2g)
  • Pepper (0.10g)
  • Onion (50g)
  • Bell Pepper (40g)
  • Pickle Juice
  • White Wine Vinegar (40g)
  • Salt (2g)
  • Sugar (5g)
  • Pickles/Spice Mix (8g)
  • Tortilla Chips (70g)


  • 1Slice the onions and bell peppers. Mince the garlic.
  • 2Make the pickle juice and boil once. Place the onions and bell peppers in the juice and place overnight.
  • 3Place the wasabi dip ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  • 4Place everything on a place to complete.
