
Wasabi Guacamole
Guacamole with a twist. Added wasabi instead of jalapenos to create a new kind of punch. Goes well with pickled bell peppers and onions and is a great addition with your next beer.

Ingredients
- Wasabi Dip
- Avocado (80g)
- Lemon Juice (2g)
- Grated Wasabi (10g)
- Garlic (0.5g)
- Olive Oil (2g)
- Pepper (0.10g)
- Onion (50g)
- Bell Pepper (40g)
- Pickle Juice
- White Wine Vinegar (40g)
- Salt (2g)
- Sugar (5g)
- Pickles/Spice Mix (8g)
- Tortilla Chips (70g)
Directions
- 1Slice the onions and bell peppers. Mince the garlic.
- 2Make the pickle juice and boil once. Place the onions and bell peppers in the juice and place overnight.
- 3Place the wasabi dip ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- 4Place everything on a place to complete.
