Yuzu Chicken Pita Sandwhich

  • Chicken Breast (8 oz)
  • Yuzu Oil (1 tbsp)
  • Yuzu Juice (1 tbsp)
  • Ponzu (1 tsp)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Pita Bread (1)
  • Lettuce Leaves (2)
  • Avocado (1/2 sliced)
  • Chopped Zucchini (1/2)
  • Chopped Red Pepper (1/2)
  • Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2)
  • Cherry Tomato (2 half cut)
  • Ranch Dressing (2 tbsp)
  • Vegetable Oil (1 tbsp)
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  • 1Season the chicken with yuzu oil, yuzu juice, ponzu, salt and pepper for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  • 2Heat the frying pan with oil, stir-frying the zucchini and bell pepper. Then set aside.
  • 3Cook the chicken. Then cut into bite-size.
  • 4Assemble the pita bread with lettuce, vegetable, chicken, avocado and tomato.
  • 5Drizzle the ranch dressing on the pita sandwich.
  • 6Ready to serve.
