- Yuzu Vinaigrette
- Yuzu Juice (1/2 tbsp)
- Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
- Orange Juice (1 tbsp)
- Yuzu Oil (3 tbsp)
- Dates (2)
- Dijon Mustard (1 tbsp)
- Paprika (1/4 tsp)
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
- Salad
- Beets (1 sliced)
- Arugula (2 cups)
- Fennel (1/4 cup sliced)
- Zucchini (1/4 sliced)
- Tomato (1/2 cup)
- Cooked Wild Rice (1/4 cup)

- 1In a blender, place yuzu juice, lemon juice, orange juice, yuzu oil, dates, dijon mustard, paprika, salt and pepper then mix well.
- 2Cut the individual vegetables then place it on a plate.
- 3Drizzle the dressing on top.
- 4Sprinkle chopped chive as a garnish.
