  • Yuzu Vinaigrette
  • Yuzu Juice (1/2 tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
  • Orange Juice (1 tbsp)
  • Yuzu Oil (3 tbsp)
  • Dates (2)
  • Dijon Mustard (1 tbsp)
  • Paprika (1/4 tsp)
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • Salad
  • Beets (1 sliced)
  • Arugula (2 cups)
  • Fennel (1/4 cup sliced)
  • Zucchini (1/4 sliced)
  • Tomato (1/2 cup)
  • Cooked Wild Rice (1/4 cup)

  • 1In a blender, place yuzu juice, lemon juice, orange juice, yuzu oil, dates, dijon mustard, paprika, salt and pepper then mix well.
  • 2Cut the individual vegetables then place it on a plate.
  • 3Drizzle the dressing on top.
  • 4Sprinkle chopped chive as a garnish.
