Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Kizami Wasabi Mayonnaise
One of popular Japanese IZAKAYA menu; deep fried chicken wings with home made Kizami Wasabi mayonnaise.
- Chicken Wings (5 pcs)
- Salt and Pepper
- Egg Yolk (1/2 pieces)
- Salt (1 pinch)
- Vinegar (1/2 tbsp)
- Olive Oil (50cc)
- Whipped Cream (1 tsp)
- Kizami Wasabi (1 tbsp)
In this Recipe
- 1Add salt & pepper to chicken wings , fry the chicken wings by fryer.
- 2Put egg yolk, salt and vinegar in bowl, and churn.
- 3Add olive oil to  churn, add kizami wasabi.
- 4Serve  on the dish, add  on top
