  • Mache (1 portion)
  • Mini Tomato (2-3 pieces)
  • Radish (1/2 piece)
  • Sauce
  • Kizami Wasabi (1tbsp)
  • Yuzu Ponzu (2 tbsp)
  • Sesame Oil (2 tbsp)


  • 1Put sliced tuna on the dish.
