- 1Set the butter to room temperature. Ass all the ingredients of Wasabi Butter in a bowl and mix
- 2Sear the vela with the sesame oil in a pan, add the butter, salt and pepper .
- 3Use the juice from the meat to create a sauce or au jus
- 4Place the sauce on the plate, add the veal and top with the wasabi butter.
