[Recipe] Vegan Dashi Hummus

Veggie Dashi Hummus Recipe

Veggie-dashi Hummus Ingredients:

3 tbsp veggie-dashi
1 canned garbanzo beans
¼ cup tahini
1 lemon Juice
2 minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
Pinch of pepper
Paprika for sprinkle
1 tbsp olive oil

Vegetable sticks
1 carrots (cut long stick)
2 celeries (cut long stick)
¼ daikon (cut long stick)
¼ red bell peppers (cut long stick)

Directions:

Making vegetable dashi. In a small pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil then add the dashi pack and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes then take 3 tbsp of dashi in a small bowl and set aside. In a food processor, blend tahini and lemon juice. Add garlic and cumin then blend together. Add first half of chickpea then blend together. Then add the second half of the chickpea then blend together. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and veggie dashi then mix together. Place it in a plate, drizzling with oil and sprinkle with paprika powder. Cut individual vegetables. Ready to serve.
