Vegan Fried Rice
Ingredients:
(Vinegar rice)
3 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp wasabi furikake
1 cup salmon flakes
2 sprigs chopped green onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
- In a bowl, place the cooked rice, add the rice vinegar, sugar and salt mixing quickly.
- Heat the oil into the frying pan, lightly stir-fry the rice.
- Add the salmon flake and green onion, then lightly mix.
- Add the wasabi furikake, then coat evenly well.
- Transfer to the plate,
- Ready to serve.
