[Recipe] Wasabi Furikake Fried Rice

 

Vegan Fried Rice

Ingredients:
(Vinegar rice)
3 cups cooked rice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

3 tbsp wasabi furikake
1 cup salmon flakes
2 sprigs chopped green onions
2 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, place the cooked rice, add the rice vinegar, sugar and salt mixing quickly.
  2. Heat the oil into the frying pan, lightly stir-fry the rice.
  3. Add the salmon flake and green onion, then lightly mix.
  4. Add the wasabi furikake, then coat evenly well.
  5. Transfer to the plate,
  6. Ready to serve.
