Wasabi Cocktail Recipe – WASABI SOUR
– 3 oz Nankai Shochu
– 1 oz Simple Syrup
– 1 oz Lemon Juice
– 1/4 tsp Wasabi Salt (or as much as you want)
Combine in shaker with ice. Shake to thoroughly mix wasabi and strain into coupe glass.
