Japanese Food Fair
Collaboration with @nankaishochuofficial at the Japanese Food Fair hosted by @hichimikai on 10/18 & 10/19, 2021. Wasabi cocktail using shochu from @nankaishochuofficial and Wasabi Salt.
Wasabi Cocktail Recipe – WASABI SOUR
– 3 oz Nankai Shochu
– 1 oz Simple Syrup
– 1 oz Lemon Juice
– 1/4 tsp Wasabi Salt (or as much as you want)
Combine in shaker with ice. Shake to thoroughly mix wasabi and strain into coupe glass.
Super tasty and a perfect cocktail drink for your next party!
