Yuzu Chicken Pita Sandwhich
Ingredients:
8 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp yuzu oil
1 tbsp yuzu juice
1 tsp ponzu
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pita bread
2 lettuce leaves
½ sliced avocado
½ chopped zucchini
½ chopped red bell pepper
½ chopped yellow bell pepper
2 half cut cherry tomato
2 tbsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
- Season the chicken with yuzu oil, yuzu juice, ponzu, salt and pepper for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat the frying pan with oil, stir-frying the zucchini and bell pepper. Then set aside.
- Cook the chicken. Then cut into bite-size.
- Assemble the pita bread with lettuce, vegetable, chicken, avocado and tomato.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing on the pita sandwich.
- Ready to serve.
